With the Crib 7 Flame Retardancy rating BS7176 Source 7 when tested over CMHR35kg/m3 foam, the chair is suitable for high hazard areas such as prisons, secure institutions, and other healthcare environments. The vinyl upholstery is also
tested to the following standards for Tear Strength and Breaking Strength: BS4303,
BS2576: 1988, TS EN ISO4674-1 250 (Severe Contract Grade). The chair is stackable upto 4-5 high, and the vinyls are waterproofed and contain anti-bacterial and anti-microbial agents, which are designed for use in high risk infection control areas.
